We ensure a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and bullying. We fully respect our employees’ rights to freedom of association and assembly, as well as to collective bargaining and collective agreements.
Human Rights
We respect and protect human rights as an integral part of our corporate culture. We categorically reject child labor and forced labor. We do not maintain business relationships with companies that fail to respect these principles.
Corruption and Bribery
We strictly refrain from any illegal business practices such as corruption, bribery, or facilitation payments. We are committed to transparency in the giving and receiving of gifts and invitations, thereby ensuring compliance with our company policies, industry standards, and applicable laws.
Social Responsibility and Environmental Protection
Environmental protection, health, and occupational and plant safety are integral elements of our social responsibility. We develop and produce safe products and services for our customers.
Furthermore, within the scope of our capabilities and areas of influence, we voluntarily contribute to the common good and the sustainable development of the communities in which we operate.
Company Property and Documentation of Business Transactions
We use company property and corporate IT systems solely for the performance of our duties and actively contribute to protecting these systems and devices from internal and external misuse.
We protect confidential information relating to the company, employees, and business partners, as well as products, services, and other sensitive data, from unauthorized disclosure and misuse. Proper, complete, and accurate documentation of business transactions is a fundamental principle for us.

We take all appropriate and proportionate measures to continuously implement and apply the principles and values set out in this Code of Conduct.
We communicate openly, transparently, and in a dialogue-oriented manner about the requirements of this Code of Conduct and its implementation – both internally and with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
