Product description

The GasExtractor is a fully automated vacuum degassing unit developed for the extraction of gases from oils and other highly viscous liquids in accordance with international standards. It enables the fast and precise determination of total gas content by accurately measuring the pressure increase during the degassing process.

The GasExtractor provides a reliable basis for subsequent identification of gas components and can be seamlessly connected to standard gas chromatographs for advanced analysis.

Equipped with a powerful four-stage membrane pump, the GasExtractor generates the required vacuum without the use of mercury, offering a safe and modern alternative to conventional Toepler pumps.

For enhanced flexibility, the system can be expanded with an optional autosampler, allowing the processing of different syringe sizes for oil sample preparation.
